Aqua Elite Cross Creek Estate is located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood blocks from the private association beach in Harbert. This estate features a main house and guest house that accommodates 14 guests with 2 screened porches, large heated pool, gas fire pit, private association beach a few blocks from house, high end appliances and much more. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and a screened porch off the dining room. The living room is a beautiful seating area with fireplace. The primary suite has a bathroom with walk in shower on the main floor. The second bathroom is on the main floor with a tub shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom has three twins with a twin trundle. There's a full bathroom upstairs also. The guest house is next door and has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed and a bathroom with walk in shower, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle. The main bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower. Enjoy the living room, full kitchen and screened porch with large table and seating area. The guest house area has the large heated pool, gas fire pit and gas grill. The private association beach is blocks from the house (no parking). This estate is perfect for multiple families wanting to vacation together with the enjoyment of two separate homes. There's plenty of space for all to enjoy indoors and out. This quiet neighborhood is a short drive to restaurants, shops, galleries, antique malls, parks, wineries and breweries. New Buffalo is a short 8 minute car ride or check out Sawyer just 5 minutes away. Come and enjoy this home and make memories that last a lifetime!

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure. This may vary depending on listing channel.
