Positive: I love that it's at the very back of the property so not a whole lot of activity of cars coming by. The hot tub was working it was a little cooler outside during our trip so it didn't want to stay at the higher temperature but it still felt great and relaxing. The house is also very room and spacious even with 10 people we didn't feel crowded or on top of each other with plenty of sleeping arrangements. The notebook with rules and helpful tips was also such an amazing addition.
Negative: Literally the only thing I wasn't sure about is cleaning up and making sure it wasn't so chaotic for the housekeeper who came to clean it. There aren't any big trash cans or dumpsters around there that we saw so we just did our best to clean it all up and have it together for the housekeeper. Maybe if y'all could post it in that notebook with rules etc that would be a huge help.
