3 Bedroom House in Millcreek

Welcome to the Red Brick House on 45th. You are renting the main level unit of a mid-century rambler with a huge yard, just a few feet from one of the biggest, nicest parks in Salt Lake. You are a short 8-minute drive to the canyons, and the best skiing in the world. The three rooms have space for the whole family (and your pet!). The house looks over a horse stables that borders the back yard. The back yard features mature trees and plenty of shade, complete with an outdoor fire pit and grill. Just feet from Big Cottonwood Regional Park, there is plenty of space for off-street running, walking, or just to let the kids run around the playground. An off-the-map dog park is a 4 minute walk away.
This stay is the main-level unit of an up/down duplex. I live in the basement apartment.
