Elevated cottage with whirlpool and sauna as well as a beautiful view of the dunes. The cottage is beautifully situated and completely undisturbed on a slightly hilly dune plot in the quiet surroundings by Saltum Strand. The cottage contains a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms, two lofts and a bathroom with whirlpool and access to sauna as well as a guest toilet with shower. The decor is tasteful and modern in the well-known Danish cottage style and with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. For cheap heating and not least cosiness, a wood-burning stove has been installed. There is TV with Chromecast. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. There is a covered and open terrace to the east, south and west. The plot is slightly hilly dune plot with a beautiful view of the dune and nature area. For the children there is both a swing and a sandbox. The 650 meters to the beach and sea are easily walked on foot along landscaped paths through the area. Not for rent to youth groups.
