Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Quiddestraße ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bringt dich in etwa 5 Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Das große Einkaufszentrum PEP ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt findest du einen Lidl.
Sowohl das Michaelibad als auch der große Ostpark sind ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die gesamte WG ist ordentlich und sauber.
Unsere WG ist sehr unkompliziert und Sie leben sich schnell ein.

- Der Vermieter ist jemand, der wirklich Zeit investiert, alles ernsthaft zu organisieren. Er ist sehr, sehr freundlich und wenn ich Fragen hatte, musste ich nie lange warten, bis ich eine Antwort bekam. Alles wurde gut vorbereitet und erklärt und ich hatte von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl bei ihm.

- Herr. Mirzet, der Vermieter und das gesamte Personal sind vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr hilfsbereit und sorgen dafür, dass man in einem sauberen Zimmer eincheckt. Er war äußerst kompetent in allen anderen Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit Ihrem Aufenthalt und gab wertvolle Ratschläge. Herr Mirzet ist auch sehr proaktiv, wenn es um kleine Reparaturen am Haus geht. Ich würde einen so freundlichen und professionellen Vermieter mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
