Welcome to our Greers Ferry Lake Hwy 16 Crash pad! This 2-Bed, 1-Bath, w/suite is modeled after a Hotel Suite Style room. Has Kitchen and Washer/Dryer and is located at 8029 Edgemont Rd Suite A in Greers Ferry. This property is 1-2 min to Lacey's Marina or Narrows Rec Area so ideal for folks boating & seeking a clean place to rest. We are also, 7-min to Shiloh or 4-min to Devils Fork so location is amazingly convenient! Property has Two guaranteed parking spots w/1 of these large enough for a boat behind your vehicle too. Pull thru drive allows easy trailered boat entry / exit. Beds are king and queen mattresses. In 2023 New floors, HVAC, Paint, Walls, Kitchen, Shower, Beds, Mattresses, Appliances, etc...While smaller at around 700 sq ft, this place is loaded, clean, and nice. Smart TV's are located in each bedroom so feel free to login using your own account to stream TV shows if you desire. Please know that Greers Ferry has limited broadband so this may fluctuate beyond our control. Onsite dumpster is available for trash removal. Our approach here was simple but effectively comfortable. In August 2023 a covered outdoor patio behind the building as a common area to hangout if a guest desired will be added. No outdoor grills are furnished yet but stay tuned for August.
Note: We use this space ourselves when our other properties are rented out. This does not have a living room. Similar to a 2-Bed hotel mini-suite. Ideal for overnight lake & weekend stays as a nice and clean place to sleep and eat. Quite hours are 12 Midnight to 6 AM. This is NOT a party place or party pad, sorry. No Smoking and No pets. You may see on the map that Suite B is a local real estate office. Their office working days are Tue - Thur during daytime hours. Fri - Mon by Appt Only so they could show you property during your weekend stays if needed too but they would rarely be at the other office suite on a weekend.
