On the ground floor: a large 30m² living room with a television, a large, separate, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a small bedroom reserved for children with two bunk beds (bedroom size: 6.04m²), and a laundry room with a washing machine. The fireplace is not in use.
Upstairs: a second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a beautiful wooded area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. The well-shaded space is ideal during hot weather. The terrace is private, and the outdoor area connects to the cottage H49G015821 - Camomille.
