Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath home, located in Fairmount, Philadelphia. Our 2,100 sq ft home comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and smart TV's. Finally, we have a large back patio perfect for lounging and entertaining.
-The first floor living room is well-lit and spacious with a 50" smart TV. Down past the stairwell is a modern kitchen and dining room with a half bathroom in the mudroom. Our eat-in kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, large fridge & freezer with ice maker, toaster, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, & stainless steel sink with garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. You’ll also find paper towels, cleaning products, dish detergent.
-The second floor consists of three bedrooms (all with smart TVs) and a full bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and office desk. Another bedroom contains two twin beds and the third bedroom contains a couch that can be pulled out into a full-size bed. The third bedroom also includes an office desk with chair and an outdoor deck perfect for sitting and enjoying the weather on the hammock chairs.
-The third floor includes the master bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and laundry room. The master comes with a king size bed, 40" smart TV, and large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The smaller bedroom includes a twin bed, smart TV and office desk with chair. Laundry room contains front-loading washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. The bathrooms will be supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap.
-The backyard has several areas for seating and propane gas grill for outdoor grilling.
The house is air conditioned and heated throughout with dual-zone controls.
Please, make yourself at home. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement and one of the master bedroom closets.
I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

Parking: Street parking with no parking permits needed except for Perkiomen.
Public transportation is incredibly convenient. The 33 bus route runs right down 19th St with stops on both ends of the block.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident
• Please remove shoes
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
