General terms and conditions
The house rules are linked to the rental contract, and in the event of non-compliance, the owner/manager reserves the right to terminate the contract and/or withhold part of the deposit.

Legal guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children at all times.
Deposit
Please refer to the rental contract. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.
In the event of departure without an inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned under the same conditions.
Inventory of fixtures
An inventory is drawn up by the owner before the tenant's arrival. The accommodation is deemed to be in a good state of cleanliness, with no damage. If the customer notices anything out of the ordinary, the owner will be informed.
Any damage to the accommodation or its accessories caused by the tenant will be repaired. See the rental contract.
Noise and neighbours
Please keep the building quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. for everyone's well-being. During this period, it is important to avoid excessive noise and to respect your neighbours.
Noise pollution and parties are prohibited at all hours and may result in termination of the seasonal rental contract, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the deposit.
We ask our tenants and their visitors to show respect for their neighbours.
Visit
Guests are allowed 2 visitors during their stay, present at the same time.
Guests wishing to invite visitors to stay overnight must inform the owner/manager at the time of booking, subject to additional charges.
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that the permitted number of visitors is respected and that they also respect the house rules.
Events
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, family reunions, ticketed or non-ticketed events or any other type of large-scale gathering in the seasonal rental property.
Any small gatherings must comply with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to noise, neighbours and the number of visitors authorised.
Parking
Guests and visitors must comply with local parking regulations and the other conditions set out below, and are asked to show consideration for neighbours and other vehicles.
For the villa, 1 parking space is available at the front of the property, i.e. one space per rental, but it cannot be reserved.
Waste and selective sorting
Guests and visitors are required to dispose of their rubbish in the bins provided. Household and non-recyclable waste will be placed in bin bags and disposed of in the brown bin provided, while recyclable waste will be disposed of in the yellow bin. Under no circumstances should rubbish be left in a public area or anywhere other than the bins.
Safety
Whenever guests leave the accommodation, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain the security of the accommodation and to prevent potential rain damage.
Guests are kindly requested to turn off lights, fans and electronic appliances when not in use, to help conserve energy.
Breakage and damage
Any object broken or damage caused must be reported to the owner as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
To avoid breakage and damage, furniture must not be moved without the owner's prior agreement.
Please also note that any towels provided must remain on site.
Keys
As a guest, keys will be given to you in person or in the key box located at the entrance.
If you lose your keys, please inform the owner or manager immediately. The guest must cover the cost of replacing the entire lock system.
Child safety
Guests must supervise their children at all times both indoors and outdoors.
Tobacco
Tenants are not permitted to smoke in the holiday home. However, they may smoke outside where an ashtray is provided.
Guests are requested not to dispose of cigarettes or any other waste on the property grounds. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the holiday accommodation.
Arrival and departure
The stay takes effect on the date indicated on the rental contract. Arrival is between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. In the event of late arrival, delayed arrival or last-minute cancellation, the tenant must notify the owner using the contact details below. No reduction or discount will be granted in the event of temporary vacancy or absenteeism.
Cleaning
We ask you to keep this accommodation clean and to leave it in the same condition as you found it.
We also ask you to wash and put away used crockery in the cupboards before you leave, and to remove sheets and leave them at the foot of the beds.
If you have chosen the bathroom linen option, please leave the towels with the sheets.

Responsibility / Compliance with the rules
During their stay, customers are responsible for their personal belongings and the owner declines all responsibility in the event of an incident for which the customer is liable.
