Sea Garden House is a charming holiday home set in a quiet area and with direct access to the beach through its garden planted with grape vines. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. The guest will enjoy its large terraces and outdoor areas, with wonderful sea and garden views, and cooking outdoors on the traditional grill. The nearest restaurant and cafe bar is 1 km from the house.
The house is on 2 floors. On the upper floor is a large open plan living, dining, kitchen room with doors that open onto a dining terrace. On this floor are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with 2 single beds, and 1 shower room.
On the ground floor is a self contained studio apartment with small kitchen, large double bed and a shower room. Sleeping for a third person is on the sofabed
The 2 floors are connected by external stairs. Parking is on the street directly outside the house. The house has air conditioning and wifi.
The beach below the garden is rocky but access to the sea is made easier by small concrete platforms with metal steps into the sea. We recommend guests wear rubber beach shoes that can be bought locally.
At 6km away Supetar is easy to reach and provides the guest with plenty of amenities, shops, water sports, tennis, restaurants and vibrant night life. The ferry to Split goes from here.
Getting to the Property: To reach Brac take the 50 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro. There is a bus connection between Supetar and Splitska (a 10 min ride), otherwise there are taxis.
You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.
Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 1 ,50 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
