A beautiful historic cottage, in the complex of Sirena Blue=Blue Mermaid, located in a great area of old town Key West, within walking distance of Duval St. and beaches, available to rent for short term.
Recently fully remodeled.
High end furnishings.
2 bedrooms or an office and bedroom, the new extended great room/living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom has two entrances, one from the great room and one from the master bedroom with a washer/dryer.
An outdoor private porch, and a patio in the backyard. Use of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Electric bike available with a security deposit for the bikes.
Hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings including cathedral ceiling in the great room, shiplap throughout, great storage, ductless air conditioning, large master bedroom and a second bedroom with a brand new Murphy bed and a desk area. Kitchen is fully equipped; has stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, sheets and towels.
Cottage offers a washer/dryer.
No smoking indoors. Parking on premises for one car. Fully furnished high-end.
Rent $10,800/month Oct-Dec; $11,800/month Jan, Mar & Apr; $12,800 for Feb.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 60 days of their arrival day. Guests who request to cancel outside of the 60-day window prior to their arrival date, will receive a full refund. In order to cancel, guests must provide a cancellation request in writing through email
