Negative: The coffee machine didn’t have the required parts and therefore couldn’t be used. When I asked about this at reception I was told that I could buy a coffee at their restaurant. We rented an apartment with a kitchen to keep our costs low and were told there was a coffee maker there but it wasn’t functional so this wasn’t acceptable, nor was the advice to buy a coffee.
