Positive: - Clean - Very nice wood elements (balancing chairs and living room table) - Nice Italian style/design of the apartment (only the bathroom was renewed) - Nice bathroom - Very Spacious - I liked the the lady came in person when arrived (with delay, but acceptable)
Negative: - some pieces squeak (door lockers, window blinds, etc) + echo in the house = a lot of noise when you try to be silent - inconvenient that the apartment has the same type of switch as for turning on the lights for setting the hot water on/off (attached the picture) - Communication was not great, as when I didn't have hot water nobody responded for 1 hour when calling from different numbers, also italian (and then called back on the italian one even though I called first and she knew that I am housed in their apartment). Also the English communication did not go well and I don't know what we would have be done without an italian speaking person with us. At the leaving we had also a communication issue. - the place is a little creepy
