WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY ALL PARTIES AGREE regarding the property located at 721 Mohawk Drive, Eufaula, Oklahoma’s property owners, is leased or rented by the renters and any guest of the renters, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee(s) by and between the property Owners of 721 Mohawk Drive and their Employee's and Associates, hereinafter referred to as Lessors.
a. Hold Harmless: The Lessee and all parties associated with the Lessee shall hold harmless A-Frame of Mind (Property owners of 721 Mohawk Drive) the Employee's and all Associates of the Lessor.
b. Provisions: The Lessee shall hold the Lessor harmless for incidents or accidents on the real property and the use of any property including but not limited to the use of the Game Room, Golf Carts, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Bicycles, Boat Docks, Swimming and Fishing areas, Playground, Indoor and Outdoor cooking areas, Indoor and Outdoor showers, Bunk beds, Fire Pits, including but not limited to any personal property such as any Motorcycles, Bicycles, pets, Golf Carts, ATV's, UTV's also known as Side By Sides brought in by the lessee's or any of their parties.
c. Firearms: The possession of firearms on the property is allowed with responsible storage and security, but the use of firearms is prohibited on the property. If and accident occurs on the property the Lessee will hold the lessor harmless.
d. Use. The use of the premises shall be for single family purposes and for no other purpose except with written consent of the Lessor. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. Smoking is allowed outside but please use one of the ashtrays for butts. No Hunting allowed at any time. Special Events may be considered with prior written approval of Lessor and additional fees may apply. No Commercial photography or filming allowed without prior written approval of lessor.
e. Assignment. The Lessee may not assign this Lease or sublet any part of said premises without the written consent of the Lessor.
f. Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. (Pets are allowed in alternate unit if interested, please contact Host). Service Animals trained to perform a specific task for the Lessee will be allowed in accordance with ADA guidelines, but must be with the Lessee at ALL times. The service animal cannot be left alone in the home when the Lessee is not present and directly supervising it. A onetime, non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged for the Service Animal to compensate for additional cleaning measures. The Lessee accepts all financial and legal responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the Service Animal.
g. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM CST to 7:00 AM CST
