A-frame home nestled next to Grand Mere State Park close to the best offerings in SW Michigan: Lake Michigan beaches, breweries and wineries! Pet friendly. Large, fenced in yard complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows) and cornhole set. Three bedrooms and a full sized sofa sleeper. Well stocked kitchen includes coffee/tea station. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. Bonus room with games and pet food bowls make it fun for the whole family!
A Frame of Mynd has two bedrooms with queen beds upstairs (must climb stairs), one bedroom downstairs (ultra low twin beds with direct access to the backyard), sofa sleeper in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bath.
BEDROOMS 🛏️
Two bedrooms upstairs each contain a queen-sized bed, two night stands, two lamps with USB charging ports, a luggage rack, closet with hangers, curtains, and an overhead light/ceiling fan combo. The bedroom downstairs has two ultra low profile stackable twin beds. This room has direct access to the backyard and kitchen. The only way to access the backyard from inside the house is through this bedroom.
LIVING ROOM 📺
There is an L-shaped sofa that converts to a full-sized sleeper with extra pillows and a duvet in the storage compartment. A 32-inch smart TV sits on top of the electric fireplace which adds to the ambiance and warmth in the winter months! Blackout curtains help keep the space cool during the summer and warm during the winter as well as creating privacy and darkness for sleep.
DINING ROOM 🍽️
A six-person dining table is next to the kitchen creating an open concept feel. Please feel free to sign the guest book on the console table and browse pamphlets of local restaurants/attractions.
KITCHEN 🍳
The kitchen has been recently renovated to include a new glass-top Samsung range, white subway tile backsplash and floating shelves. There is a Keurig coffee maker, French press coffee maker and tea kettle. Inside the coffee station drawer you'll find a variety of K-cups and tea bags. In the cabinet, you'll find basic kitchen items like salt, pepper and cooking oil. The kitchen also comes complete with cookware (J.A. Henckels), silverware, glassware, mugs, cocktail utensils, baking tray, strainer, pitcher, cutting board, and a kid-friendly dining set. Dishwasher makes for easy clean-up and pods are provided underneath the kitchen sink. Milkbones are provided in the treat jar on the counter for our furry guests!
BATHROOM 🛁
Recently renovated bathroom includes new shower/tub combo with hand-held wand and rain shower head and glass door. Bathroom vanity, toilet, and flooring are all new. Fresh towels, handcloths and makeup cloths are provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap also provided. There is a full-sized washer and dryer (always check to make sure the dryer lint trap is clean) that guests are welcomed to use and individual cleaning pods are provided.
YARD 🌲
Large, fenced-in yard contains Nordic crown classic hot tub, deck with a gas grill, picnic table, six durable plastic adirondack chairs, a wood-burning Solo Stove fire pit and plenty of space for games (including the cornhole set stored in the garage).
HOUSE RULES:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We have exterior security cameras on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM.
Check out by 11AM.
Self check-in with customized door code on electronic Schlage lock.

** Damage Fee. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
** Pet Fee is a flat $75. Pets are welcomed so please ensure to disclose your pet and pay the fee.
