Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was all fine and as expected, not too high class but just right for a comfortable stay with a four person family. The host was very kind and available by phone provided via booking.com. It had everything we needed and was clean and well equipped - even had a garden and an ashtray, despite the place being non-smoker indicated. Check-in and -out was convenient, parking situation was not superb but manageable. An Italian restaurant in walking distance provided for a spontaneous dinner or take out and proximity to Ravensburg center is good.
Negative: Coffee and tea would have been nice to be held available for the first morning, the flat is well maintained but seemingly not the newest anymore, though in a quiet and decent neighborhood. Unfortunately the view was blocked by a big construction area right in front of the garden, which might be considered temporary and was not a problem as we stayed over the weekend, hence had it quiet from no work going on.
Summary: Everything you need for a short stay if you do not expect 4* better living travelling the area
