This open concept, corner lot hilly-ravine has a first-floor laundry room and first-floor bedroom perfect for an in-law or a couple. Your first-floor full bathroom has a skylight and a sauna within the shower. Natural fireplace in the living room and another skylight in your sitting/massage room. You'll love the expansive kitchen that comes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Walkout to your new (2020) deck that comes with a gazebo and bbq grill. Glass block shower with multiple shower heads in your large primary suite. With a heated driveway.
Each bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed (memory foam mattress), Alexa, vibrating recliner, table tray, and 43” flat-screened smart TV.
Basement with its own bedroom and en-suite bathroom, flat-screened tv, living room with Xbox and flat-screened smart TV, dinette, kitchenette, small fridge, iced LED Light up 54”’ Air Hockey, Foosball Table (Arcade Table soccer). It also has an office desk and chair with a wireless printer.
