Holme Beach offers an expansive sandy beach that never gets busy, even during the summer season when dogs are allowed. The beach backs onto the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, another SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and the golf course.
For those who can’t sit still there are excellent walking routes directly from the doorstep. The beach is where the famous Roma road, ’Peddars Way’ (46 miles) ends its journey.
