A one bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, queen size comfy bed, a futon, and a pull out sofa twin size bed. We've taken great lengths to provide everything we could think of that guests might need, and everything we wished we had at other Airbnbs we've stayed at as well.
The apartment includes two TVs, both with Netflix, Holy, Amazon, local channels over the air, and several available Roku options.
The bedroom and living room both have an air conditioning window unit, which keep the apartment as cool as you'd like in the summer months. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, as well as an oscillating fan in the bedroom for additional comfort options.
We provide everything we want when staying at an Airbnb, including, plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugar and creamer, some breakfast basics (changes but there's always something), bath linens, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bedding (with extra blankets), Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon on two TVs, some games, a microwave, a clothes iron, a blow dryer, and a few more things for your comfort during your stay. We have made it the way we hope for when we stay at an Airbnb.
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. During the warmer months of the year, you're also welcome to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the peaceful going ons of downtown Columbia City. We live twenty minutes away, but have several friends and family locally we can contact to help us assist you with issues that might arise if needed.
We have a key coded door lock, so you can check in on your own at anytime. If we're around, we'll meet you to make sure you've got everything you need when you check in. WiFi is also available and the user name and access code is on the bulletin board. Enjoy!
