Location Location Location, both on the water and in town. Our lakeside a home was newly built 5bed(plus an office)/4.5bath custom home in Osage Beach! Cove location, main channel view, deep water & large dock envelope (120' of LF). Flat driveway w/ 1 step into the house & ZERO steps to get to the dock w/ its elevator off the entryway. Upon entering you'll immediately notice the lakeview & picture yourself enjoying the screened in covered deck w/ stone fireplace. Main lvl living home that's handicap friendly, wood floors on the main level, 2 full size kitchens, granite counter-tops throughout featuring large islands on both levels, custom cabinets, large hidden pantry room, all bathrooms heated floors, built-in coat rack off garage and 3 gas FP's. Master suite includes large walk-in tile shower & huge closet. One of the most unique features about the home other than the topography is the 24x36' indoor basketball court! Off to the side is a 14x16 private workout room too! Most of the outdoor deck/patio entertainment space is covered except for the large pool deck which features a heated saltwater pool, wired for a hot tub off to the side & martini deck going to the dock!

Summary: Absolutely amazing house and John was the best host we have ever worked with on VRBO! The view was incredible with the pool and lake right outside, it was like a postcard for The Ozarks in general. Everything you could possibly need was there, from pool toys to boating necessities. The house is laid out to accommodate large groups without feeling like you are onto of each other. Our grandkids favorite part was the basketball court in the lower level that came in handy on the one rainy day and they even played whiffle ball in the huge area too. John gave us numerous recommendations for places to get groceries and great restaurants. We can't wait to go back! Thank you John!
