A lovely room to enjoy a meal with cast iron fireplace, dining table seating four to six and bench.

A lovely light and bright room with window looking across the mature cottage gardens to the front. The kitchen itself it fitted with a range of cream units with wooden work surfaces and ceramic sink. Electric oven with hob and cooker hood, microwave and handy free-standing butchers block. There is an integrated fridge/freezer (60/40), dishwasher and washing machine and a useful pantry with every utensil you could possibly need.

In addition to the under-floor heating there is an open fire and ample seating with luxury throws/blankets and beautiful rugs, television with DVD player and iPod docking station.
