This 3100 square foot home offers four large bedrooms and three full baths. It comfortably accommodates 10 adults and can sleep a total of 13. The home features an open first floor plan with breathtaking panoramic water views and a huge fully exposed lower level, complete with an enormous family room, master bedroom suite with full bath, offering plenty of room for entertainment and enjoyment! This beautiful new year round lake home has 104 feet of frontage with a private pier and boat slip.
A new private Sylvan 22 foot Pontoon boat in the boat lift on the pier is available for you to rent and enjoy throughout your stay! It's sure to offer you a peaceful and relaxing getaway any time of the year.
Newly built, this home has all the modern amenities while maintaining a comfortable lake home feel that's great for entertaining! The first floor great room has an expansive eat-in kitchen with brand new granite countertops, that is well suited for cooking for a crowd with plenty of counter space and a spacious breakfast counter. You will find cooking to be an enjoyment in this kitchen while looking out the large windows and soaking up the panoramic views of the water. The large dining table has room for the whole family to enjoy a meal together or you may opt to eat on the beautiful deck off the kitchen. This first floor great room has cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a new 47 inch LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Down the hall from the main level great room is the master bedroom complete with beautiful water views, a luxurious queen bed and walk-in closet. It has a large private master bath attached with a double sink, a jetted whirlpool tub, and a separate enormous walk in shower.
The main level also features two additional bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, ceiling fans, and full closets. There is a separate full bath with a tub and shower for plenty of privacy for these two rooms.

This family room has a wall of windows and two double patio doors that allow you to walk out onto the expansive patio that leads to the lake. The family room has something for everyone with a pool table, a foosball table, bumper pool table, poker game table, and a Wii, perfect for enjoying fun-filled evenings together. There is also a bistro table, a wet bar with microwave, and beverage refrigerator for evening refreshments. A comfy sofas and entertainment center gives the family room a great place to cozy up to the second gas fireplace and enjoy a late night movie or simply watch the sunset. The lower level also features a generous bedroom suite complete with a king bed, three twin beds, and twin bunk beds. It has an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower for privacy.
