Our neighborhood borders the scenic Peterson Nature Preserve and is located just across the street from the Kalamazoo River area. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away, and the beaches are just a quick, easy drive. If you need additional space, our adjacent one-bedroom guesthouse may be available for rent. A fence with a gate separates the two homes to maintain privacy. Guests enjoy full access to all amenities—both inside and out. Plus, every “A Step Away” guest receives an exclusive discount at our local store during their stay. We’re also dog-friendly (with prior approval and a pet fee).
This updated, single-story home features a fully fenced backyard, mature landscaping, and on-site parking for a few vehicles. Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
