This wonderful location between the villages of Pefkos and Lardos is off the road and features a beautiful swimming pool and terrace, as well as a first floor living and kitchen area that effortlessly transitions from indoors to outdoors. A first floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room also opens onto the pool terrace and a second bedroom, accessed from the pool terrace at the rear of the villa, has a Jacuzzi on the terrace and is very private, also with its own shower room. On the second floor, two double bedrooms offer stunning views from the balconies at the front of the villa, all with en-suite shower rooms and individual flat screen TVs. There is a barbecue on the terrace, perfect for outdoor living, as well as a lovely sofa, outdoor table and chairs. The nearby beach is just a 5-minute walk from the villas and there are local tavernas and a mini-market within easy walking distance, while Pefkos offers a wide selection of restaurants, stores, cafes and bars.
