Joseph Villa is built on a slope of a mountain offering a majestic view over Kournas Lake and the sea . The mountains are reflected into the lake creating a beautiful picture and when the sun falls behind them the view becomes breathtaking...You can spent many relaxing afternoons at the lake strolling, swimming, riding a pedalo or even eating or drinking a coffee at one of the restaurants with lake view. For more amenities the fishing village of Georgioupolis - the starting point of a long, sandy beach - is 6km away.
The 2000sq.m. garden of the villa is covered with colourful plants, olive trees and grass. Every part of the garden offers great view. The big, private pool has a children's area. There are sunbeds and parasols where you can relax enjoying the tranquillity of the area and hearing the sounds of a rural village.
