2,700+ square foot home was built in 2000 and later professionally remodeled and custom furnished by Ethan Allen. Large open kitchen with Thomasville cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, brand new high-end Decor appliances, 5 burner stove, dual ovens, dishwasher, and microwave. Large island with double-sinks and bar. Breakfast nook area has 4-seat dining table. Kitchen is completely equipped with brand new stainless steel cookware, china, baking dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room with table for 8. The great room high ceilings make for a very comfortable and open feel. Great room comes equipped with a 60 - inch Smart HDTV, where you can enjoy latest movies and shows from Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple or listen the music through Pandora and Spotify. There is also a portable JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Great room has double glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.
Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the house.
Home is also equipped with 2 brand new large A/C units for the hottest of days as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights.
Huge master suite with must see to believe walk-in stone shower with two separate shower heads. Spacious tub, as well as double vanities by Thomasville and sinks. The toilet is separated and a state-of- the-art glass-bowel sink is just outside the toilet room. Master Bath also has a large walk-in closet with built-in Thomasville cabinets. Enjoy watching TV in large bathtub while relaxing.
There is a California King bed with luxury linens, dresser and two night stands. Master suite has double glass doors leading out to the patio.
It is equipped with 65 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV.
The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, luxury lines, armoire and own private bathroom with stone shower and Thomasville vanity. It also has 32 - inch flat sreen Smart HDTV. The third bedroom is detached casita with queen size bed, private bathroom and 40 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV. The fourth bedroom/den comes with wood desk and cabinetry and high-speed internet. Also comes with queen size sofa bed that has brand nem memory foam matress.
Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, built-in cabinets and separate sink.
The backyard is an entertainer's delight with private free form salt pool and raised Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Stainless steel gas BBQ fully equipped with utensils. Patios furniture includes dining table with lazy-Susan, 4 cushioned chairs, 4 cushioned chase lounges, side table, and cushioned outdoor couch.
