Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This place has everything including pool table, bar, outside open air kitchen with grill and gas cookers, surf boards, hammocks, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, A.C Smart TV & WiFi, the list goes on.
With a covered carport & an outside living area, an outdoor shower to rinse sand & salt from the beach as well as indoor shower located on the far side of the carport outside, with hot water.
The area has lush gardens around the back and side coconut trees filled with ripe coconuts.
The place is steps from the water.
Living here is peaceful, with sounds of the ocean and local farm and wildlife, it's easy to meditate the stress of life away.
We're just a few minutes away from Rincon as well as from the plaza in downtown Aguada. There are quite a few surf breaks immediately in our front yard, and we also have Maria's Beach, Dogmans, Indicators, Domes, and all the northern breaks between there and our house.
During the summer season, you have calm Waters and pristine diving directly in front of the house as well. If you are a spear fisherman or a fisherman, we have absolutely one of the best spots to have your own private fishing area.
We make sure to provide you with all the things you need to make this the most memorable vacation possible. If you need snorkeling equipment, we have you covered. If you need to rent surfboards we offer them at a discounted rate slightly cheaper than getting them at the surf rentals in Rincon. If you'd like a tour guide or a personal concierge, that is absolutely a service that I make available. We offer surf lessons for those that don't know how to serve, or we can point you to the appropriate surf schools over at Maria's Beach. If you know how to surf you are more than welcome to rent one of our boards. We also have a large stand up paddle board that would be easy for anyone to learn to use. It is a pretty good workout however. Please always rinse in the outside shower. Indoor shower is separate from the room across the carport. The toilet is shared with myself and others when we're on property. Not necessarily the bathroom, just the toilet. 😉
Please be aware that the downstairs area is a somewhat shared space in regards to the bar and pool table. For this reason we ask that you please clean up after yourself and not leave things all over the bar area and the downstairs area. Also make sure to please leave the bathroom clean after you use it. We provide yoga mats on request for those who would like to do yoga in the mornings. Also, I can refer you to our friend Joy who has a place called Barefoot Yoga just down the beach from us.
I offer airport rides to and from San Juan as well as to and from the airport in Aguadilla. If you need to make arrangements for a custom Uber service, please let me know in advance and I will make sure to get you taken care of. Note, I can only carry up to four people in any vehicle. Must make prior arrangements in advance.

Last note... The bathroom is outside the room. Be aware. You have to walk out of the room and across the carport to use the bathroom. No one likes surprises. Especially me. The toilet is also shared with myself and other guests that make come to the property. The showers all yours. 💪🏼😉
