Up to 4 people, has a one bedroom (with single beds or queen bed according to your needs), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a double living room (a separable area to create a second bedroom), a small balcony, double glazing, WI Fi, with elevator and day porter.

The living area is filled with natural sunlit and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming thanks to the warm tones of the old hardwood floor, combined with the modern furnishing elements located in the context. The living room has 2 large and cozy spaces, separable by a sliding door that even allows you to convert one space in a second bedroom which is equipped with a double sofa bed for 2, a Tv and a wood closet where you can store your belongings. The other space is dedicated to the dining area and has a large round table with chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy your meals. The dining area has the balcony overlooking Via Torino.
The house has air conditioning (for summer) and heating (for winter).
