- A friendly, tame dog resides on the premises, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $100 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Bringing pets to the property is not allowed.
- A crib, high chair, and rental car are available for a fee. Just let us know in advance!
- Please be aware that the bedroom has air conditioning, and the owner kindly asks guests to be environmentally mindful by turning it off when not in use.
