5 Bedroom House in Emerald Isle

During Hurricane Florence, our home suffered extensive damage, thus was fully renovated in 2019 - including all new kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities with granite tops, new furnishings throughout, custom tiled walk in showers, all new flooring, lighting, etc. We live fairly close by and strive to keep our home impeccably maintained and well stocked.
We are an Oceanfront, 5 bedroom, 4 bath duplex with a private pool. Beds are K,K,Q,Q,D,T. Even though we are a duplex, the pool is exclusively for our side. It is located directly off of the main living area, is fenced in, and is a wonderful extension to the inside living space.
Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) stays only. All bed and bath linens are included with weekly rentals. No Pets and No Smoking Property.

Summary: Our third year at Great Expectations East, and we have already booked our fourth return next year. We love everything about this house, pool and location. Beautiful decor, comfortable seating and beds, always impeccably clean, well stocked with anything we’ve ever needed. Three out of five bedrooms have their own oceanfront access to deck and the bathrooms are updated, most with tiled/glass walk in showers. It’s close to good restaurants, shopping and local attractions, and it’s sitting on the best beach in North Carolina.
