Perfect for a couples getaway or just a trip to relax, unwind, and reset. This adorable, clean, and cozy condo is close enough to see what all fabulous Hot Springs has to offer but also allows you to get away from it all! Located in a private, quiet gated community, it offers a wonderful lake view with a private patio perfect for morning coffee. It’s a little slice of peaceful paradise just minutes from downtown Hot Springs!
This ground level, newly remodeled unit is within minutes of Oaklawn Racing and Casino, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Magic Springs Theme Park, and bath house row in downtown Hot Springs. Hiking, mountains, biking, and fishing are also well known in the spa city. Lakes Ouachita and Catherine are also within close proximity.
A fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials as well as a Coffee maker, coffee and creamer are provided. The bedroom offers a comfy Queen Size bed. This unit offers a walk in shower only. The spacing is perfect for a couple to getaway!
Enjoy fishing and swimming in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton! Fishing poles and bait are provided as well as board games, cards, books, and a 55 inch Smart TV. Beach towels are provided for those dips in the crystal clear lake. There is a swim ladder conveniently located steps from the back patio.
We welcome furbabies but please read the pet policy entirely prior to booking-
While we love all pets, we can only accept dogs. A non refundable pet fee applies. Two dogs max under 50lbs. Pets MUST be house trained and cannot be left unattended inside the condo at any time. Please clean up after your pet. (Bags are provided in the outside common areas). Excessive barking cannot be allowed due to neighbors. If your dog barks frequently please consider other alternatives for them. If any damage or uncleanliness occurs due to your pet additional fees and charges will occur.
Feel free to acquaint yourself with the property. Go for a walk on the boardwalk or soak in some sun after a swim. Picnic tables and charcoal grills are available in the common areas for your use. There is a propane fire pit and gas grill on your private patio as well.
