Master bedroom through French Doors with black out curtains, has comfy King bed, large dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, end tables and lamps, walk in closet and is attached to remodeled en-suite walk in shower, vanity lighting and lots of storage.
2nd bedroom has Queen Sleigh Bed with comfy newer mattress, large dresser and mirror, end tables and lamps, good size closet and ceiling fan. Next to bedroom is main bathroom, very bright with skylight, tub shower combo, vanity lighting.
Den has trundle (2 single mattresses), Office desk with office chair, file cabinet, storage.
Large backyard deck has patio and overlooks orange groves. This property is located on a corner lot with no back neighbors. Home to Cardinals, Cranes, Hummingbirds and variety of birds.
9 hole Golf course on site with great resident discounts. Cozy up with a glass of wine in seating area under the Pergola with 2 gas fire pits overlooking Golf Course.
