Negative: Host asked for a refundable security deposit. On the day of refund of deposit, they forgot until I sent a reminder, and proceeded to not be able to refund to my bank, requiring my help to troubleshoot, then insisting that I use a Malaysian service (Malaysian bank, touch n go) when I'm not local. Still have not received a refund even though it was promised to be returned within 6 hours after check out. Renovation happened everyday, had to send in a complaint so that they don't do it before 9am.
