The first unit in a complex of 3 units. The Carport doubles as a covered out door area in a quiet street ideal for parking larger vehicles. Security screened windows and doors with fans through out.
The Space:
Offering an open floor plan this Airconditioned 2 bedroom unit ticks the boxes with a queen bedroom and 2 singles for great value.
A comfortable lounge and 3 seater dining table all have views of the TV fitted with chrome cast. The open kitchen is equipped with electric stove and oven + a microwave as well as basic cooking utensils and cutlery. Both bedrooms are airconditioned with reverse cycle split systems and 2 windows, built in robes and fans as well as charging stations. The bathroom offers a shower over the bath and quality shower head and a separate toilet which is located off the laundry. The laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and has access to the carport and to the back yard which has the clothes line.

Just a 4 minute walk away you will find The Waves Sports Club, both major shopping centres are under 10 minutes away by car or a short stroll to the nearest bus stop. For some family fun a short walk will get you over to the Bundy Bowl and Leisure complex for some tenpin bowling or putt putt.

There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
