Aja is ideally situated close to beaches and just 12kms from Byron Bay and 8kms to Mullumbimby it’s an easy trip to restaurants, cafes and shopping.Set out for a day of sightseeing and visit the variety of national parks and rainforests that are within easy reach.While you’re out, get a taste of the local produce and spend some time in the numerous quaint surrounding local towns and villages. Gold Coast airport is only 40 minutes away, while you’re only an hour from all the action of the Gold Coast.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
