Positive: The owners, Alessandra and her family, are not only super responsive and helpful.. they are extremely welcoming and kind! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes walking to the old gate of the historical center! Parking (free street parking or paid but super cheap) is also close by (which is not always the case in Italy). The room/bathroom has all the necessary comforts, super clean, and nice and warm (we eere here in Dec - good heating is also not always the case in Italy 😅). It was a perfect stay!
