The Space:
The property is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms, each with wonderful views, ensuite bathroom and Queen size beds. The main house has two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one, next to the living area, offers two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four), with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two, offers a queen size bed, with ensuite and of course, a wonderful sea view.
The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances.
The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. Bedroom six offers a queen bed and ensuite. The seventh bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with ensuite. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, laundry room and a full generator. Also located on the lower level is a fully equipped fitness room with TV, sofas and A/C.
The villa’s extensive space, rooms, patios, outside terrace, gazebo and private pool, and all together, creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout, which is bordered by a lush garden. A large wooden gazebo is located in the coconut field to ensure complete privacy and offers a magical and relaxing experience.

KITCHEN:
The impeccable kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice machine, toaster, blender, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and a full supply of China, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.
POOL:
The pool area offers a large private oval-shaped pool with a spacious terrace area surrounded by chaise lounges for the guests to sun bathe. Enjoy the pool while taking in the views of the ocean. In addition, there is an outdoor covered dining area that seats twelve to sixteen people, an additional dining area for four by the gazebo, located alongside the pool, and a large gas BBQ grill.
JACUZZI:
Enjoy and relax in the private jacuzzi located on the patio area.
LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The living area is furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from France offering wonderful views of the ocean. The indoor living area is bright and crisp with 18 ft. high white wood plantation ceilings offering a comfortable sitting area and in-door dining area for 6-8 persons. Large glass doors open onto the pool area which offers an outdoor covered dining area for 12-16 persons.
FITNESS ROOM:
The fitness room is fully air-conditioned and includes a treadmill, elliptical trainer, bench with weight set including leg developer, AB circle Pro-machine, with 6 workout stations and free weights. This room also has a TV with a sitting area where you can just relax after your workout.
