Only 15 minutes north of Coffs Harbour, and 5 minutes south of Woolgoolga, Sandy Beach is a favorite of locals who want to escape the crowds and enjoy long stretches of beach to themselves.
All of this is in your front yard when staying at this beautiful and newly renovated three-bedroom property. Swimming, beach, and grassy headland walks perfect for whale watching are on offer from your very doorstep. Surfers are spoilt for choice with Bare Bluff at the southern end or Flat Top Point at the Northern end of the beach offering protection depending on day's conditions. Groper Island is 3km offshore for keen fisherman and boaties with vehicles permitted to launch/retrieve boats, and park on the beach. With a long shady beach reserve, children's playground close by you will undoubtedly relax and unwind at Allure.
Allure provides upstairs living with the air-conditioned combined lounge dining, kitchen and main bedroom all enjoying views of Sandy Beach. The main bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of cupboard space and adjoins a two-way bathroom with shower + bath and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Enjoy the beach outlook from the lounge seating on the front patio or read the paper on the rear deck taking in the tropical garden. Enjoy Foxtel, dvd, Wi-Fi, Nespresso, and a fully stocked kitchen along with an abundance of delightful ocean breezes.
Downstairs is separate self-contained accommodation with its own external access perfect for the grandparents, teenagers, or another couple. Living/dining area with additional TV, kitchenette, fridge and microwave, separate bedroom with queen bed, plenty of cupboard space and ensuite.
An external fully equipped laundry with shower as well as a separate toilet each with its own access is perfect to wash off after the beach.
