Summary: Willie, our host, went above and beyond to secure for us a hotel stay because he realized he had us double-booked, by accident. He was sincerely apologetic, put us up in a beautiful hotel, & offered to have us follow him to the hotel when we got lost. Willie went out of his way for us. Next time, whoever we go with, we will confirm a few times prior to our trip, to hopefully catch this kind of error.
