Our beautiful townhome is located in a quite south suburban area in IL. Our unit features, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedrooms & Bathroom are located on the second floor. There are 13 stairs to the 2nd level. We have a private driveway which fits two cars. No parties, no events, no sleep overs. This unit is for quite stay only, we do have quite hours from 10pm-6am. Our unit Close to Indiana, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Park Forest, Homewood, Flossmoor & 30 minutes downtown Chicago. Close to express and Metra Train ride into Chicago. Great for guests looking for a quite place to stay with all the comforts of home. All guests must be over the age of 25 YRS OLD to rent. All guests must be disclosed. No visitors without our prior authorization. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON OUR PROPERTY PREMISES, NO PETS ALLOWED DUE TO OWNERS ALLERGIES. NO LONG TERM RENTALS UNLESS IN THE AREA FOR WORK, VERFICATION OF WORK REQUIRED
