.Close to beaches, hunting, fishing, and snowmobile trails. Hop on your side by sides right from the yard, be on the trails in less than five minutes! The Odawa Casino is 10 minutes away.
This amazing 3BR 2B, Cedar sided Home is in a quiet, secluded location and is private and tranquil, yet offers the benefit of being close to town, 8-minute drive into downtown Petoskey and 10 minutes to Harbor Springs. Hunting and fishing galore! Besides, there are miles of BMX bike and ATV trails minutes away. Endless opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts and those who want to try their hand at the casino.
This is an owner-built custom home with a large deck and plenty of space to enjoy. It boasts a beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets Italian tile floors, is stocked with kitchen basics for cooking and grilling, including a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.
The Formal Dining room seats 8 with a large dining table, and the Breakfast nook off the kitchen seats 3. Pull up to bar in kitchen have a cocktail while waiting for meals to be cooked.
The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably.
The spacious master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, whirlpool tub, and shower. There is a beautiful King bed in the master. The Master also includes French Doors out onto the deck.
There are 2 additional bedrooms. One has a large walk-in closet and is equipped with a queen bed; the other bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of bunk beds. All with deluxe bedding/linens for your comfort. Cable and streaming services. High speed internet.

Summary: The setting of this house is great, away from neighbors, in the woods. The blinds open to a pretty view with lots of natural light. Our group of six adults plus a couple dogs were comfortable, but it would have been a little crowded with a seventh person (which was our original plan). The property is clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were good, the bedrooms were good, although the lower bunk was kinda noisy. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The furniture in the sitting room is a little beat up, but it worked for us. We brought a couple chairs in from the dining room so we could all sit together. A couple lamps would have been nice, especially in the master bedroom. It's hard to read in bed with overhead lights. We enjoyed our stay. It is close to Petoskey and not far from several lakes. Lots to do. It is definitely a good place to gather with family and friends and enjoy northern Michigan.
