Ranch style home 3 bedrooms /2 bathrooms , free parking for 2 cars and king bed in the master bedroom. Located in Shore Acres, very quiet and residential neighborhood. I am 10 minutes from lively Downtown St Petersburg's art and entertainment district. You will find the galleries, restaurants, shops and breweries, enjoy water front music festivals most weekends, the Saturday market too.
Great green space for walk, run or bikes along the shore of the Tampa Bay . If you want more that 60 days , please get approve with the owner.
THE SPACE: The master bedroom have a king bed , 65' smart Samsung TV, large walk in closet and small desk and chair. The master bathroom have dual sinks and frameless glass shower.
The other two bedrooms have a queen bed , 55' smart Samsung TV, small desk and a chair in each one bedroom.
The house is open floor plan , with brand new cook's kitchen, two refrigerators, gas cooking, dishwasher , front load washer and gas dryer. The living room have a 65' Smart Samsung TV and in front of the house is a patio with 2 chairs.

Summary: Quiet, nice neighborhood and well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms nice. Some basic supplies were also provided, which was appreciated. Owner is highly responsive and easy to reach, which was very helpful. Would stay there again!
