The Space:

The house has 3 large bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed and three singles). With enough space for the whole family, you will love the studio/games room which is perfect for families to get competitive in Foosball or the mini pool table. This granny flat is also equipped with a sofa bed & bathroom that has a shower, toilet and hand basin in it.
Should you wish to stay indoors, home entertainment stretches far in our humble abode, with three TV's and access to your Netflix, Prime, Stan & other streaming accounts.
Dining options are plentiful or stay home and cook up favourite delicacies on the new BBQ or indoors on the host of high end kitchen appliances; and enjoy all your family meals on the outdoor seating watching the world go by.
After lunch, why not take a splash? Provided is one adult kayak and one child kayak, both with life jackets for you to use. Please always be safe around bodies of water and ensure children and all swimmers are supervised while in or around the water.
Complete the perfect day, with a relaxing cosy fire and toast some marshmallows. The firepit is located in the storage shed with the Kayaks. Fire wood is available at the United Service Station at the Budgewoi shops. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Safety: This property is waterfront and we do have water activities so please always supervise swimmers and children at all times. All lake equipment provided should only be used by those that can swim and are confident around the water. ANY use of such equipment is at own risk.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
