Other surrounds include the glistening waters of Budgewoi surf beaches, so bring your board! This beautifully furnished house is perfect for a weekend getaway, a fortnight holiday with your family and friends or is abundantly equipped for a longer term stay to work from home.
The house has 3 large bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed and three singles). With enough space for the whole family, you will love the studio/games room which is perfect for families to get competitive in Foosball or the mini pool table. This granny flat is also equipped with a sofa bed & bathroom that has a laundry sink as well as shower in it.
There is so much to discover and explore with endless lakeside and coastal bike and footpaths, easy access to Budgewoi beach and a short drive to Norah head and Soldiers beach. Explore the rock pools at Norah head, bushwalk in Lake Munmorah national park, bike ride, swim, fish, surf, or kayak or stay put, relax and unwind on the wonderful expansive verandah taking in the serenity and beauty of the district.
Should you wish to stay indoors, home entertainment stretches far in our humble abode, with three TV's and access to your Netflix, Prime, Stan & other streaming accounts.
Dining options are plentiful or stay home and cook up favourite delicacies on the new BBQ or indoors on the host of high end kitchen appliances; and enjoy all your family meals on the outdoor seating watching the world go by.
After lunch, why not take a splash? Provided is one adult kayak and one child kayak, both with life jackets for you to use. Please always be safe around bodies of water and ensure children and all swimmers are supervised while in or around the water.
Complete the perfect day, with a relaxing cosy fire and toast some marshmallows. The firepit is located in the storage shed with the Kayaks. Fire wood is available at the United Service Station at the Budgewoi shops. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

The location of this property makes it highly convenient to explore your local surroundings on foot, however, we recommend that guests have access to a motor vehicle to make the most of what Budgewoi and the surrounding Central Coast region has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Bathrooms: The property contains two bathrooms, one in the main house and one in the Granny Flat. Please note the second bathroom has laundry sink and shower only.
Air-Con: Please note there is no Air-Conditioning in the Granny Flat.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Safety: This property is waterfront and we do have water activities so please always supervise swimmers and children at all times. All lake equipment provided should only be used by those that can swim and are confident around the water. ANY use of such equipment is at own risk.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dish washing supplies. For extended stays we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
