One in the primary bedroom, another in the dining room/living room, and the last in guest bedroom #1. The large kitchen has an eight foot island with four chairs, making for a great sitting/eating area. The dining room has a view onto the private patio to the east and views of Desert Mountain homes to the west. The back patio has a large infinity pool and hot tub. (Pool is not heated). Guests can heat pool at their expense. There is a dining table for eight people. There is a gas BBQ and a Treager 1300 smoker available for guests to use. Multiple seating areas include main bedroom two sided fireplace, BBQ island with fireplace, and a fire pit surrounded by sofas and chairs. The patio offers views of the mountains and valley while being shaded by the large architectural roofline and privacy from neighbors with large desert shrubs.
The home is fully stocked with everything a tenant could need: fully equipped kitchen, paper products, toiletries, laundry supplies, linens, and towels. All bedrooms haveTV's with YouTube TV and DVR capability.

Summary: This home was gorgeous and the surroundings/setting was so beautiful. What we didn’t realize is how far away this development is from *everything*. It’s technically Scottsdale, but it takes 40 +min to get to downtown Scottsdale from this home. It’s also in a golf retirement community which we didn’t expect- maybe we didn’t read the info well enough, but it’s a really QUIET, very obviously retirement community- seemed kind of empty, again, far away from everything. Closest to the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. Also notable: it’s about 5-10 degrees cooler in this mountain neighborhood than Scottsdale which would be wonderful in summer, but made it a bit chilly in March even with a heated pool and hot tub, if the sun was behind clouds it was a little on the *too chilly* side, but with unhindered, blazing sun, it was divine! The home is wonderful, 4ensuites with King beds was so great, it has beautiful views and is well stocked with kitchen supplies. Doug was very helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to questions/needs.
