The Greentree Cottage is a privately owned 1,000 square foot, single story cozy two-bedroom, one bath view home. It is furnished with genuine vintage charm! The lovely view overlooking Saratoga Passage, Baby Island and Camano Island, with the Cascades in the distance, will put you in the mood to relax. Lounge outside on the ample deck while your dinner is on the grill, or snuggle up with a hand crocheted blanket on the comfy couch! Enjoy the art reproduction watercolors of Charles Mulvey (of Ilwaco, Washington) and Robert Wood (a one-time resident of Seattle) in addition to other local treasures.
The cottage sits on a large parcel and has a spacious deck to relax on. The home has been renovated inside and out with paint, vinyl windows, tub enclosure, lighting and plumbing fixtures, counters, some flooring and a newer washer & dryer and propane grill.
Other amenities include queen beds in each room, which are located at each end of the home, for privacy. There is a DVD, VCR, CD Player, microwave and wireless internet.
The small community the cottage is located in, has it's own private community beach access just down the hill from the home.
The Greenbank Farm is just minutes away, where there are trails for hiking, plus a great pie and cheese shop. We now have a fantastic mini grocery store/deli and a Cannabis Store also.
