The building offers complimentary Wi-Fi and shared coin-operated laundry facilities located on the garage level. Added perks include four flat-screen TVs, a fireplace, balcony seating, breakfast bar, and two dining tables.
The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook fantastic meals at home.

This condo sleeps 8 guests between two bedrooms and the large loft area.
The loft area is set up as the Master offers a king bed, and en suite bathroom. It also features a large picture window and flat screen TV.

A second car may park in the outside spots on a first come first serve basis. Any other vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lotfor an additional fee during the winter, summer is free.
