Positive: Wasn't allowed on the ground floor with a baby because of electronic issues there was no breakfast included and no coffee facilities working also the ice machine was out of order For the price we should have at part refund which wasn't offered the hotel was clean and comfortable but was a disappointment having to pay the full price when they didn't receive all the amenities
