The first level has one bedroom suite with a king bed and full bathroom, the kitchen and living area with an outdoor deck facing the water and dock. Upstairs has the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a deck looking out onto the water, and a third bedroom with twin beds with their private full baths. Flat screen TV's, washer & dryer.
