Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was great very close to major attractions. Big beds. Great balcony with view. Fast elevator.

Negative: Check in process was cumbersome and confusing. So many steps to get the key and then when we ultimately got the key, the door lock was very hard to open. Owner should consider changing the locks as they were not easy to use. Also the check in ipad didnt work nor was the remote for the main tv functioning. Owner should consider using smart TV to access streaming services, rather than analog channels in Japanese. Very strict check in and check out times. No place to store luggage. Everything else was just fine.

Summary: Convenient location but needs work for me to want to revisit.
